Salamander has been established in Derby East Midlands for over 20 years and offers professional Body piercing, Tattooing and Custom Tattooing to a high standard, we take the stigma out of these professions and offer very friendly, professional and approachable atmosphere.
We welcome you to our state of the art Professional Body Piercing Training Course, which will take you on an in depth journey into the Body Piercing Profession where we will equip you with all of the necessary skills needed for professional Body Piercing which include: Health and Safety, Proper use and full understanding of all body piercing equipment, a professional approach to the piercing procedure, ethics and conduct, Body piercing aftercare and the ability to use all of your skills on our LIVE MODELS before you complete our body piercing training course.
The Body Piercing Training School SYLLABUS has been approved by Derbys environmental Health for more information please click ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH The teachers here at salamander piercing academy are all, Body Piercing experts and have all undergone numerous extensive courses and have been delivering extremely high standards of body piercing for on average 12 years, joined with the rest of our family like team we pride ourselves giving a friendly experience whilst on our intensive course, that said most of our apprentices and students do not want to leave when their course is finished.
We understand that most people who are looking to become trained body piercers initially want an apprenticeship as they view these as more in depth ways of learning, we can 100% reassure you that you CAN achieve just what an apprentice would on our training course. We offer you an in depth syllabus that is structured to include everything you would possibly need to know which has been carefully designed to be easily understood, with this we also offer you full days of ACTUAL body piercing on our LIVE MODELS where you will cover every piercing needed to make Body Piercing your full time profession.
We found that people travelled from all over the country to be pierced by us in Derby and as we believe that everyone deserves a perfect piercing every time no matter where you go or who you are so we decided to offer a body piercing course that would create highly trained body piercers that can then deliver precision body piercings all over the World.
If you decide to attend our Body Piercing School your intense course will commence on a Monday and end on a Thursday we understand that some people may not be able to commit to a full week of training and so we offer a flexible option of taking your course over a sustained period of time. In addition to the body piercing course, we also offer a 1 day additional course covering more advanced aspects of piercing such as surface piercing, dermal implants and ear stretching. You will be among the most employable piercers in the UK if you are comfortable with these techniques.

We are based in Derby City Centre which is in the East Midlands UK. Derby City Centre is very accessible and easy to get to, the train station is a 5 minute walk from our body piercing academy and if travelling by car we are approx 5 minutes off junction 25 of the M1 motorway.
